Refunds & Replacements

 


At Scolpiscila, we stand behind the quality of our sculpting tools and the experience they’re designed to support. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right within clear and fair boundaries.

 


 

 

 Damages & Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

 

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

 


Email us at support@scolpiscila.com with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll take care of it.

 


 

 

 Returns

 


Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our sculpting and skin-contact tools, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.


       We accept returns only if:

 

  • The item is unused

  • The packaging is unopened and in original condition

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

 


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

       Refunds

 


       Refunds are issued only if:

 

  • Your order is not delivered after

     

    • 15 days (U.S.)

    • 30 days (International)

     

  • Your item arrives damaged and you decline a replacement

 


Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

 

 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided that:

 

  • The item is unused

  • The packaging is unopened

  • The product is returned in its original condition

 


This exemption does not apply to items that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
