When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.


How long does delivery take?

Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Timing may vary by location and customs processing.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available.

Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your region.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the hygienic nature of our ritual tools, all items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.


If my item arrives damaged or incorrect

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by email once your order ships.

You can also use our track order page for live shipment updates at any time.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days, especially for international shipments.

Are the tools safe for sensitive skin?

Our tools are made from skin-safe materials.

We recommend gentle pressure and patch-testing any glide products used alongside them.


How do I clean my tools?

Clean with mild soap and warm water after use.

Avoid soaking wooden tools; a gentle wipe is sufficient.


Do I need a specific oil to use the tools?

No. Any glide product you’re comfortable with is suitable.

Dedicated Scolpiscila glide products may be introduced in the future.
