Governance
Structure protects integrity.
We do not expand for the sake of expansion.
Every addition must:
• Introduce a distinct mechanism
• Avoid redundancy
• Maintain neutral design
• Withstand repetition
If a tool weakens clarity,
it is removed.
We do not:
• Promise transformation
• Guarantee timelines
• Manufacture urgency
• Frame dependence as loyalty
Results are understated.
Mechanisms are named, not exaggerated.
Guidance is private.
Public spaces signal.
Website pages orient.
Guidance is accessed intentionally.
If instruction becomes entertainment,
it is withdrawn.
We do not design emotional hooks.
We do not reward attachment.
We do not create prestige hierarchies between participants.
Hierarchy is internal.
Not social.
The structure may evolve.
But evolution must:
• Increase clarity
• Reduce excess
• Strengthen containment
If growth pressures dilution,
growth is slowed.
